Home of some of the best glassblowers of the land and some of the great temples, Kuro is the capital of Koji Islands, and it is the home of the emperor. Built in the ancient caldera of the oldest volcano, Kuro is heavily fortified. It's a beautiful place, with gardens of golden gingko and hotsprings all around.
